Yes we can. If there any plants in the house that require more water then every two weeks, we can visit to your home weekly.

On our regular visit of your property we also check for maintenance work to be done. If we observe any damage, we will take a photograph and email it to you. We can provide you with quotes of liable companies and supervise the work for you. We can also provide you with quotes for (regular) maintenance work to be done.

How do I pay for the Property Management Services?

On your next visit we will make an appointment with you and inspect the property together in case there are some things that need special attention. At that time we can also arrange the payment, sign the contract and organise two copies of a full set of keys.. In our office you can pay by credit card, cash or you can do a bank transfer.
