| How to search for a rental property? |

On the rental section of this web site all properties available for short or long-term rental, including photos and information about the property, are there for you to make your choice.

| How can I ask for general information about rentals? |
|
With every property you will find information, photograph and pricing. If you have any questions or require additional information, please fill in the Rental Enquiry Form of that property or call us on +34 902 160 955. We will be glad to be of assistance.

| How to book a property or make reservation. |
|
Click on the property of your interest on our rental section and you will see the Rental Enquiry Form. You can fill in this form and send it to us by email. As soon as we receive your information request we will inform you within 48 hours about availability of the property you selected for the requested dates. In the event the property has been booked we will suggest you an alternative.

| How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
|
|
When the property of your choice is available we will make a reservation for you. We will send you a booking form by email or fax and ask you to fill this in and send it back to us by fax. At the same time you will be requested to transfer the down payment of 25% to our bank account. At the moment we have received the signed booking form back from you, together with a copy of your passport and the down payment is also been received by us, we will confirm the booking. We should receive the balance of the rental amount max. 2 weeks before the start of the rental period. In case of booking within 6 weeks from the start of the rental period the full rental amount will be required. More information can be found under the menu 'Booking Terms'.

| What happens in the event the property of my choice is booked? |
|
In case this happens we will supply you with an alternative as similar as possible to your original choice.

| Is there a minimum to the days I can book a property? |
|
On some of our properties there is no minimum to the days you can book a property. Please mail us with your requirements. In case you want to rent a property for a few days the price will be charged by day and in some events there will be an extra charge of € 90 for cleaning.

| How much time in advance can I book accommodation? |
|
You can make your reservation up to one year in front. If the price is not know yet at the moment you make your reservation, we will inform you as soon as possible when this information is available.
When the accommodation is available you can also make a last minute reservation. In this event the full amount should be paid before or at arrival.

| What if I have to cancel my booking due to unforeseen circumstances? |
|
The answer to this question can be found under the menu 'Booking Terms'. We strongly recommend a travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

| How to arrive at the property and to pick up the keys? |
|
At the moment we have received the full rental amount, we will provide you with a route how to get to our office where someone will be waiting for you to check you in.

| Can you book a rent a car for me? |
|
Yes, upon your request we can book a rent a car for you. We need your full credit card details in order to confirm the booking.
|
| Can you book a tee time for me? |
|
Yes we will gladly organise tee times for you. On some golf courses credit card details are necessary in order to book.

| Can I ask for additional services? |
|
For more information about additional services like a cot, extra cleaning, etc. please contact us by email, fax or telephone.

| How can I be sure I booked a reliable property? |
|
Our target is to provide a good service to our clients and to make sure you can enjoy your holiday. Therefore we only contract accommodation that meets our high standards regarding the accommodation itself, the situation and the local facilities.

| How to pay for the booked accommodation? |
|
Paying by bank transfer
We can accept payments by bank transfer. We will supply you with our full bank details and IBAN number. Please be aware that each individual bank will charge an additional charge for foreign transfers. Please contact your personal bank for the costs and details.
Paying in cash
The deposit should be received by us the moment you have booked the accommodation you have chosen. The balance should be paid into our bank account before arrival or be paid cash in our office at arrival. Please be aware that without full payment we cannot provide you with the key of the booked accommodation.
Paying per cheque
You can prepare a cheque for the deposit payable to Residencia Estates, S.L. and send it to Centro Commercial Elviria, local 6 & 7, 29600 Marbella (Málaga) España.
Paying with credit card.
You can pay for your rental accommodation by credit card. For this service we charge 2.5% of the amount payable.

| Do I have to pay a deposit against damage in the accommodation? |
|
There will be a deposit against breakage and damage of € 200 for an apartment and
€ 500 for a villa of penthouse, see also the booking conditions and the booking form.
At arrival we will check you in at the accommodation and check the accommodation together with you. At departure we will check the property again together with you. If everything is in good order we will pay you back the deposit and collect the keys.

| What is included in the price? |
|
For short term rental the price includes rental of the property, use of water and electricity, cleaning of the accommodation before arrival and after departure. There will be sufficient linen and towels. The price also includes 16% V.A.T.
