I. The accommodation contract

At the time of confirming your holiday booking, a booking form, accepting these booking conditions will be send to you. This form has to be signed and send back to us by fax together with a copy of your passport.

 

II. Payment of your holiday           

At the time of booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental amount has to be paid.  At least 4 weeks before arrival the total indebted amount should be paid. If we did not receive this amount in time, we have the right to regard your booking as cancelled, in which case you are liable to pay us the cancellation charges as set out in the schedule below. If you book within 4 weeks of date of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

No additional amounts will be due unless related to alterations made by you within 7 days of booking. Telephone and damage deposits will be payable for some properties.

 

III. If you change your booking

If you want to change any detail of your booking, we will do our best to be of your assistance. We will charge an amendment fee of  € 25,-- per amendment or per person for each detail of the booking changed. However, if within 4 weeks of the date of arrival, cancellation takes place, charges will apply (see below). If you want to cancel your booking, or part(s) of it, cancellation will only be valid upon written confirmation, mailed recorded delivery and signed by the person who signed the booking form. We will accept faxed cancellation providing it is followed by the above written instructions. All cancellations insure a charge as compensation for the estimate losses and expenses, as written below.

IV. If we cancel your booking 

We reserve the right to make changes to holidays and Internet- and brochure details, both before and after your booking is confirmed. As we plan these arrangements many months is advance, sometimes our suppliers may alter certain arrangements that may effect your holiday. Any changes or errata in this brochure will be notified to you before you make a booking, provided it is known to us at the time of booking.

 

V. Our responsibility for your holiday 

We accept responsibility for ensuring that all component parts of your holiday that you have booked are supplied to you as described in our brochure and on our web site.

 

VI. Your responsibility  

In order for you to be able to make the correct choice, we bring to your attention the information regarding rentals on our web site. Please read this information carefully before signing the booking form. Any significant changes to brochure / web site descriptions will be notified to your writing, either at the time of booking, or as soon as possible afterwards.

 

VII. Behaviour   

We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a client, if their conduct is indecent and effecting the enjoyment of other holidaymakers and we shall be under no liability for any extra costs incurred by such person as a result of such behaviour.

 

VIII. Your accommodation 

The accommodation provided is only for the use of the number of people shown on the confirmation / final invoice as confirmed by us. Subletting, sharing or assignment is prohibited.

 

IX. Our assistance to you

We or our representatives will give you any assistance possible, due to unforeseen circumstances that you or any member of your party encounter, subject to the provisions of the booking conditions.
