This means that anyone who owns a property in the eastern Marbella region can contact us to manage rentals, house maintenance, cleaning, security, babysitters and a host of other services. The service is proving very popular with residents at Elviria Hills, many of whom have contracted us to keep their properties looking good, maximise rental income and prepare the home for their visits. Aimed especially at people who own a holiday home and are not here to look after it the whole year round, Residencia Services will take care of your property during your absence and keep you informed throughout.
